Rainy Monday

Today is dark and deliciously rainy, just the kind of day that makes me want to hole up with my little laptop and type away (this is a good thing — my chapter desperately needs someone to sit and type away on it). So this will be brief.
Remember how Yarn Harlot wanted to show the world the power of knitters? Well, I think she succeeded. For those of you in the Philly area, this might be something fun to do tomorrow.
P.S. for those of you in NYC, I might be heading to the city the end of this week. I’m just sayin’…

Oh, if only I liked baseball. I think today is a cleaning day here at Chez Specs. Bleh.
Tried to get tickets for the game…they were sold out of the discounted tickets. My DH was there though, he’d bought regular tickets months ago. Said they announced there were 1200 stitch and pitch tickets available and all were sold. But no knitters or needleworkers in his section!
